At Xomtyraxeaphik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your space as anticipated. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

We strive to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning products.

2. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The item must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with it.

After the 30-day period has expired, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to initiate a return.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must not be a custom-made or personalized product.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items that were specifically created for you.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or labels.
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  4. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  5. Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that returns without a Return Authorization Number may not be processed.

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show obvious signs of use or wear.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items that are returned without all original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally damage may occur during shipping. We work with our shipping partners to minimize these occurrences and will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.

11. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

12. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at feedback@xomtyraxeaphik.world.

13. Sale and Promotional Items

Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless specifically marked as final sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds for sale or promotional items will be issued at the price paid, not the original retail price.

14. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift receipt or order information. We will issue a refund to the original purchaser or provide you with a store credit, depending on the circumstances and your preference.

15. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same as for domestic orders. However, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or import duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed.

16. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for most returns. However, for large or bulky items, or items that require special handling, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply. This will be communicated to you before you complete the return process.

17. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
